Bachelor of Business Administration: Partnered with Laurentian University to offer their 4-year degree program at St. Lawrence College's Kingston campus, providing a seamless pathway for students to earn a bachelor's degree. The program included direct entry for high school graduates and advanced standing for college business diploma graduates.
Digital Marketing Communications: Developed a graduate certificate in Integrated Marketing Communications (now Digital Marketing Communications) at St. Lawrence College. This program quickly gained popularity among university graduates with a liberal arts background, providing them with sought-after digital marketing skills.
Business Analytics: Created a graduate certificate at St. Lawrence College in operational and applied analytics, equipping students with the practical skills and knowledge needed to thrive as data analysts in the business world.
Health Care Administration: Designed a graduate certificate at St. Lawrence College to empower health care program graduates to step into management and supervisory roles within the health care sector. The program initially focused on current industry professionals and was later expanded to welcome internationally trained health care professionals to Canada through multiple intakes and a modified curriculum.
Business Fundamentals: Launched a one-year certificate program at St. Lawrence College offering undecided high school students a gateway to advanced diplomas in accounting, marketing, and human resources, with four intakes per academic year.
Student Affairs and Services: Developed a fully online graduate certificate at Seneca College to support the growing field of student affairs and services in Canada, including creating the overall program of study and developing content for three courses.
Digital Badges: Spearheaded the creation of a co-curricular recognition program for business students at St. Lawrence College, focusing on essential employability skills such as critical thinking, communication, and leadership. Each badge featured clear and comprehensive criteria for achievement.
Micro-credentials: Secured funding for the development of 50 micro-credentials at St. Lawrence College, collaborating with internal and external partners to create and deliver these valuable credentials. The micro-credentials created were a mix of on-line synchronous, on-line asynchronous, hybrid, and in-person modalities. This initiative earned a Silver Medal award for Program of the Year from CICan.
